ओंकारेश्वर मध्य प्रदेश के खंडवा जिले में नर्मदा नदी पर स्थित एक पवित्र द्वीप है जिसे मांधाता द्वीप कहते हैं। यह द्वीप ऊपर से देखने पर पवित्र ॐ (ओम) के आकार का दिखता है, जिसे एक दैवीय चमत्कार माना जाता है। यहाँ 12 ज्योतिर्लिंगों में से चौथा ज्योतिर्लिंग — ओंकारेश्वर महादेव — विराजमान है।
